Key Features:
- The hydraulic clamping system utilizes six SA-42 OK-VISE units, allowing simultaneous clamping of up to 12 workpieces. This setup minimizes tool change time, significantly enhances efficiency, and increases production capacity.
- The system offers flexible clamping options for both long and short workpieces. With a reference fixture, it can also accommodate thin workpieces. The table design enables multi-workpiece processing, reducing fixture production time and improving overall efficiency.
- The SA-42 OK-VISE is precision-machined to ensure high accuracy, wear resistance, and tensile strength. It generates a downward clamping force that effectively prevents workpiece lifting.
- The SV-42 OK-VISE serrated jaw clamp is suitable for raw, non-smooth workpieces. Its toothed design provides excellent grip, ensuring stable and reliable clamping.
- Hydraulic clamping is completed within approximately 5-10 seconds, supporting rapid machining operations.
- The system employs a pneumatic-driven hydraulic pump to generate high-pressure hydraulic force. The air pressure can be adjusted to fine-tune the hydraulic pressure based on the machining requirements of the workpiece.
- Once the hydraulic pressure reaches the preset level, the system stabilizes automatically. If the pressure decreases, the pump quickly restores it to the set value, making it ideal for extended clamping durations.
- The hydraulic control valve features zero internal leakage. Even in the event of air pressure loss or a damaged pneumatic line, the valve maintains hydraulic pressure, ensuring the safety of both workpieces and cutting tools.
- The hydraulic clamping system integrates a hydraulic pressure switch with the machine’s emergency circuit. If pressure fails to increase or falls below the preset value, the machine will not initiate machining, thereby safeguarding both the workpiece and cutting tools.
