Features:

  • Clamping Force Visibility- This vice is equipped with a sensory technology system, integrated with a transmission system that digitally displays the clamping force on a digital device. This allows the user to instantly monitor the clamping force value, making it easier to control the clamping strength and ensuring more stable and consistent clamping during the machining of workpieces.
  • Achieving Full Automation- The vice is enhanced with a wireless transmission system, allowing the preset clamping force to be transmitted to the machine tool's controller. Once the controller receives the signal that the clamping force has reached the set value, it can send a command to begin machining. The command can also be integrated with a robotic arm for material placement before processing and part replacement after processing, achieving a fully automated production process.
  • Remote Monitoring- The clamping force data from the vice can be transmitted to mobile phones and computer devices, enabling remote monitoring functionality.
  • Clamping Force Optimization- The clamping data can be sent to computers and cloud systems, creating a data set that accumulates into a database. In the future, AI algorithms can be used to calculate and optimize the ideal clamping force for different materials and products.
  • Expandable to Other Vice Products- This functionality can be extended to other vice products, offering customers greater variety and flexibility in selecting different vice models.
