Features：

Description for Quick mold change system

• The hole distance of pull bolt is 52mm. The 4 pcs of pull bolts can provide 3.6 tons of clamping force ( the 1 pc is around 0.9 tons pulling force)，it suits for 47 gapes interval of T groove.
• The depth of quick change system is just 27mm (quick change system of fixtures) .
• By using the clamping structure of mechanical wedge pin , it is easy to operate the lock operation of pulling down the bolt.
• Even the non-skilled person, also can operate it fast and precise. The accuracy of double clamping position is 0.01mm.
• It has application ability to support any CNC machining center machines.(it can match 4-axis rotary table、5-axis rotary table 、trunnion rotary tilting table).
